「Wonderful staff for the most part.」

「The location was good but hotel staff not trained and unprofessional. Reserved beach view and got parking view and after back and forth and loosing a couple of night. They switched our room but gave us a room without shower door and every time you use the shower, room gets flooded. They have 6 restaurants but tried to reserve any of the restaurants. 「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent...

「Die Anlage ist neu und sehr schön gestaltet. Für den Preis bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Pool ist toll, die gesamte Anlage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und angenehm. Auch der Padel-Platz hat uns sehr gefallen und der Spaziergang am Meer war wunderschön. 「Staff extremely accommodating for my daughters very restricted diet, sourced products not usually found in the island. Second stay here, staff were excellent, all very friendly and polite. Buffett was extensive and changed every night. Rooms were great all sea facing. I preferred room on a higher floor. Would be nice to have an atm in site but there is one across the road at their sister hotel where the beach is. Hope to be back again!」

「Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future.」

「We really enjoyed our visit. My husband and I came with our 9 year old daughter for 9 days. Rooms were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. Water park was excellent. 10/10 from all three of us!」
