Lovely place to stay, highly recommend.. Staff so friendly and helpful. Very relaxing. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Our stay was delightful. The cottage was extremely comfortable with everything one would require on a holiday. The views were magnificent and it was comfort plus
Loved every minute. The spa was just what I needed after a hectic week. Super comfy bed and great selection of coffee, etc.. cookies & welcome chocs could be tastier. It was wonderfully quiet all around, so could sit on the great balcony & listen to the birds. Would definitely recommend the plave and will certainly be back.
This property was great to stay for the night with a lot more attention to detail than a lot of other properties have stayed at. Over the top clean which is muchly appreciated.
Room was interesting, we came down for the Maleny wood expo and had our parents staying with us. To have the spa bath in the lounge and the master bed as well as the lounge chair and tv was not awkward at all. 😂
Excellent property that really blew my mind. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The views were amazing. All the amenities in the room worked. Bed was comfortable. Showers are very spacious and hot. Spa was an absolute treat to have and the little welcome chocolates, cookies and range of tea/coffee/hot choc with local maleny dairy milk was perfect.
Such a lovely quaint stay, the location is peaceful & yet a close drive to town & there’s a winery a few mins away. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Bed is comfy & water pressure in shower great. Rooms have a fireplace which is a nice cozy touch & we loved sitting on the balcony every morning. There were a couple of things we raised at the start with the accommodation & they were so helpful & straight onto fixing them so can’t fault it. The fridge is a mini fridge so make sure what you pack fits :) wine fits sideways in it.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We booked this property based on online reviews and ratings, which were quite high and described the property as “luxury” quite often. We only planned to be staying for a couple of nights so thought we would pay a little more for what looked like great accommodation. Upon arrival we were immediately disappointed to find that the villa looked a lot better in photos – the room was very tired, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were patches of dust, a couple of dead bugs, grubby tiles, and mould on the blinds and window trims. The bed was comfortable, however the sheets were very scratchy cheap fabric. The mugs in the room were dirty too, however the staff were quick to change those for us. The view was subpar compared to the online photos, but perhaps it depends on which villa you’re in. One of our windows looked straight down onto rubbish bins. Overall, we would not return, and felt like we paid a lot more than it was worth.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
False advertising! If you knew what to honestly expect and were getting and were ok with that for the too high price, then you could be ok. It is important to note that the pictures, information, and amenities listed on each webpage, and advertised are not correct!
Pros: friendly staff location in the mountains near to twin
Cons:
1. There is no continental breakfast. Although this was advertised and it was in their own guest handbook in the room. When we requested as per directions for our breakfast the night before, we were told there hasn’t been continental breakfast service for years. It was one of the reasons along with what should have been a view that we paid extra for this hotel.
2. No WiFi( which they said was temporary but were given no notice of prior to coming so that we could change plans if needed)
3. The parking is difficult when there are others staying.
4. The pictures are misleading, the view out of the expensive rooms is the tops of other buildings and a yard which is shared. This is right up against other buildings and the “view” of the mountains/countryside is really non-existent. The balcony looks out onto buildings. The pool tiny and not kept.
5. Know that if you go during the week, there is almost nothing open. This was on us for not checking the local hours for each day.
6. The whole place needs a good cleaning. We found bugs, trash, dead spiders, and just grime in the room.
7. Noise is a factor. You can hear everything outside and from inside.
