「Absolutely horrible. No one was there to check us in, and then a guy pulls up in a car trying to let us in the rooms without checking us in after he pulled the keys out of his pocket. We left, and found a new hotel. So sketchy, don’t stay here」

「We have stayed at this hotel a few times over past 20 years or so. I believe our last time was just after a renovation and actually was quite nice then. I do not believe it has been renovated since that time (not sure of year, maybe 2009?). The room this time was just "okay". It was fairly clean but definite signs of wear (paint chipping, water damage on bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, TV remote didn't not work correctly, etc.).
