「Pros: close to Centro, spacious, kitchen well equipped, A/C in bedroom area (that mostly cooled living room too), big balcony with view, pet friendly. Hostess was very responsive & helpful. Cons (not really cons, just things to CONsider): no check-in desk (it says hotel but it’s more like an Airbnb), 1/2 to 3 flights of stairs so if you have heavy luggage that might be an issue. Handrails only on 1 side of stairs.」

「I liked much of the property. Everything worked well and it’s just like the photos. Next time I will stay further north towards Zona Centro. A note if you’re expecting rain: On our final night the roof leaked onto the bed, then onto the pillow while we slept. Staff first just moved the bed, and only relocated us once the pillow was soaked — despite earlier saying no rooms were free. The on-site team was kind, but the room we paid for was unusable, and the hotel hasn’t answered two follow-ups...

「A lovely small hotel in a restored historic building in central San Miguel de Allende. The property has a nice restaurant and bar with seating area. The rooms are spacious and well lit, with a lovely brick ceiling. A delicious breakfast was included in our rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value. We would definitely stay again.」

「The very best shower water pressure in town, magnificent! It is well situated, a block from the famously welcoming restaurant Berlin. The roof terrace is sumptuously furnished with a splendid view of the Jardin. Picture yourself reading a book on a real chaise lounge, surrounded by historical Centro.」

「Es un hotel nuevo con mucho potencial pero aun no esta ahi. El cuarto tenia fugas de agua, caia agua del techo. Salimos un momento y cuando regresamos tenian fontanero arreglando y todo lleno de cemento. Nos cambiaron de habitacion. Las dos habitaciones tenin un fuerte olor a drenaje, venia desde los lavamanos (no nos dio confianza lavarnos manos, diente s etc), agua con mal olor. Le dieron un portazo fuerte a mi camioneta en el estacionamiento mientras lo deje en su servicio valet. Tengo mas de...
