Staff are not very helpful, especially the lady and mustache man at the counter. They charge money for early check-in but no refund if your room is not ready by check-in time. The kitchen sink and drawers are slowly falling apart.

Facility very dirty, staff were extremely rude. The rooms reek of smoke and a big hole on the wall in my room. The airconditioning wasn't working and there was a foul smell in the hallways due to garbage being placed by the elevator doors. I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!

The staff are not professional and they dont like to make accommodations. Even with a late check in my room was not ready. They give me 4 beds instead of my two bed reservations. Very poorly managed. English is not understood by majority if the employees and management.
