Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah
Housekeeping tried to tell me to change the bedding myself. Supervisor corrected this behaviour but still appalling. Other than that great hotel with good easy access to the haram. Any clock tower hotels - the lifts are all so annoying

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel
Excellent location and extremely friendly and efficient staff. Special mention to the concierge team who professionally accomodated our every request. Also the reception team, check in and check out was quick and seemless. The buffets are not to be missed. Large variety and excellent quality.
