"Very positive experience overall. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the venue very nice. The beach is a few steps away, which is a big plus. The room was clean and well equipped, nothing to complain about here. Two things that were less positive for us are: 1) the food (I got stomach ache for several days - I guess I should have been more careful) and the coffee (only Nescafé) and 2) the fact that we couldn't make use of the "à la carte" experience as all restaurants were fully...

"Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel."
