「The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast.
The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again.」

「The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)」

Free parking is excellent. The room is very stylish and comfortable. Interesting design about the mirror in the bathroom. The bed is too short for a man higher than 185 cm. Accessible and convenient to travel to Basel within 30 minutes by public transportation. Staff are friendly. However, we suggest the hotel hiring more professional cleaning team as there are visible dust on furniture, clear stains in bathroom. It is an acceptable condition but it could be much better too. Overall, it is...
