When I first arrived, there was a small issue with the toilet in my room. However, thanks to the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff, the situation felt much more manageable. They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning. What truly stood out during my stay was the level of hospitality. The team made sure that everything was handled quickly and with genuine care for the guest experience. Overall, it was truly a pleasure being a guest at this hotel. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt."

"Everything worked except: 1- Upon arrival we were informed that there is no daily cleaning service. Only once every 3 days. This was never mentioned on the site. 2- We never got the toilet paper we requested and when we complained about it at check-out, the girl told us: “The guy that was in charge of the reception las night is new”. Other than that, great location and nice property. "
