"It was my first time visiting San Francisco, and staying at citizenM turned out to be the best choice I could’ve made. The location is excellent — just steps from the subway (perfect for getting straight from the airport), one block from Trader Joe’s, and right by the first stop of the iconic cable car. The room itself was small but cozy, spotless, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains made a huge difference for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, and the coffee was strong, just what I needed before heading out. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel if you plan on exploring the city all day and want a comfortable place to recharge at night."
"We enjoyed our stay here. They have delicious cookies and coffee throughout the day. I forgot my son’s stuffed animal and when I emailed them, they immediately replied and mailed it to us. That meant a lot to us. Thank you. "
