「The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot...

「I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。」

「Il Bel Air Azur è un resort all-inclusive ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax in un'atmosfera "Adults Only". 「Globalement très satisfait de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambres confortables, seule la salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, ainsi que la climatisation qui était extrêmement bruyante. Tout le reste était parfait, le personnel très sympathique, des spectacles de qualité le soir, et la plage au pied de l’hôtel avec les coraux visibles et sa multitude de poissons colorés, fantastique ! La nourriture était bonne, et le transfert aéroport nous a été offert.」

「The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!」
