Nice ocean view ,the staff is not enough experienc
We just stay one night at the ocean view with pool villa , the villa is comfortable and had stunning view ,but their private beach can't swim at all as there are many rocks at the beach area ...you have to take a shuttle to go the public beach that is near the hotel about 5-10mins . Some of other villas near the lobby are very old . We join the one day tour for taxi driver .. The hotel stuffs recommended us .. The stuffs is friendly but not enough experience to service . I think they can be more nice service for 5 stars hotel ...

很不错的酒店
酒店的房间很符合我当时预订时里的留言，刚开始一天还不错，后来感觉服务员的态度不怎么热情，环境很棒，有很美的海，还有免费的浮潜装备。最郁闷的是英文交流因为口音问题总是听不懂，希望以后有中文服务吧！就这样，花了这么多钱感觉也不是那么的称心……酒店位置很偏，坐公交车从维多利亚出发要半个多小时，附近又没有什么餐馆、超市之类的，只能在酒店用餐，酒店的饭菜对中国人来说是超级难吃，价格也贵。但是预调的饮料味道一流，是个白人调的，很好喝！

This is a very beautiful property. All rooms have a view of the ocean. We stayed in a more economical room and it was like staying in a tree house, so cool. Very nice breakfast as well. Keep in mind, there is not a big area for lounging on the beach here, but there is access to the ocean and a small beach. For a bigger lounging area you will need to go to a nearby beach (there is a shuttle).

I stay there for two days I really like the room. The room is beautiful and clean and it’s big and with the swimming pool is amazing for a picture. The stuff is all right one thing I don’t like it the food the breakfast is really limited. It’s only egg and bread but the server at the breakfast please it’s amazing they’re friendly they give you options. Specially, precious we thank you overall it good I will give them 4 stars

Relaxing stay for couples
We arrived early in the morning well before check. All the staff were welcoming and were able to prepare a room for us before midday. The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for in a couples get away. It was quiet and very private. There is a small beach that is nice to swim or you can use the hotel provided snorkelling equipment and kayak. It is easy to get a taxi or park your own car. In a short walk you can get to a small market area and other bars and restaurants if you want something different. We would recommend the Hilton Northolme to any couples looking for a relaxing get away in a beautiful location and with great staff.
