"Wir waren vier Nächte als Zwischenstopp hier eingecheckt. Wir wurden wenig herzlich empfangen. Auch funktionierten anfänglich die Toilette und die Dusche nicht. Beim betätigen der Dusche roch das Wasser unangenehm. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war eher sporadisch. Auch wurde während des gesamten Aufenthaltes weder das Bettzeug noch die Handtücher gewechselt. Tout est parfait, la location, les repas, le staff et mention spécial au propriétaire qui nous a donnait pleins de conseils, d’endroit à tester, il nous a arrangeait un safari, le transport et … nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons changer nos plans pour y revenir durant notre séjour. La location est parfait à 2mn en scooter de tout, en étant dans un endroit calme avec piscine et en bord de mère. Encore merci pour tout. "

"Rustic hotel accommodation right on beach, 10 minute drive out of Arugam Bay. Tuk Tuk accessible. Basic accommodation with wifi only in verandah of our unit (11), and in dining area. Lovely atmosphere and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Loved their Sri Lankan meals. It’s not 5 star hotel but the staff make up for it. "

"Almost a year since our last visit to this magnificent beach house. Such a glorious setting with a great little pool surrounded by so many tall palm trees all fenced off from the deserted beach at the edge of the property. This hotel is really quiet and peaceful taking only a maximum of eight guests at any one time. It is remote but still easily accessible by tuk tuk to nearby towns though you’ll be hard pressed to match the candlelit dinners served in the evenings on the veranda; the cuisine is first class as is the warm hospitality. This is a truly atmospheric location. Many thanks to Hasif the manager and Malik the chef and the rest of the small team for making our stay so enjoyable, especially the delicious birthday cake for my wife! So thoughtful."
