「Room was clean」

「El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son súper bonitas y bien decoradas. Me encantó. La alberca del beach club siempre está templada pero la del hotel a veces está fría. Lo malo es que la alberca del club de playa solo se puede ocupar hasta las 6 pm. Los alimentos son muy ricos. 」

「The location and price are amazing so you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly, but the hotel desperately needs updates. Beds are firm (and one in our room that should be replaced), but this is typical in Mexico. No SDB is in the room. Lots of drawer and closet space for clothes.」

「This was what we needed. A clean bed at night after a day of exploring all the great local beaches and restaurants. The staff was accommodating and the hotel cats made the place feel homey. 」

「Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted.」

「We had included breakfast in our package, which was 2 fried eggs in salsa, fresh fruits and a drink. Hotel 8 minutes walking to beach Chahue which is not swimmable and 10 minutes to Santa Cruz which is good for swimming takes 10-15 to walk downtown or taxi ride for 50 pesos」

「La cocina ok la alberca ok la instalación ok ,pero una pequeña observación los dias que estuvimos niuno salo tuvimos personal para el aseo y del personal salo un día lo encontramos para reportarle que dolo teniamos un contro de la televisión y no funciona,pero el lugar y la ubicación nos pareció exelente y si rrgresaremos claro que si gracias 」

「The there were a lot of dead bugs floating on the water in the pool. I didn’t stay in very long. The room and facilities very clean. Although our room had a musty smell. The staff friendly and professional. 」
