「Very attentive, accommodating staff, nice rroms」

「I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, especially the accommodations rooms. I have mobility issues and could get around the room with ease. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place to lay their head while traveling, to stay at the Townplace.」

「Breakfast consists of muffins or beagles. Not a large choice at the bar. Room was spacious and clean, but you had to walk to the front to use a microwave. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was good. I think hotels that allow pets should keep their rooms on one floor, dog barking one night kept me awoke.」

「The furniture was old and the rooms could have been cleaner. There was no soap at the sink. The staff was ok.」

「(1) We had no hot water in the shower. Didn't discover this until just before we left in the morning. (2) If we DID have water, the shower gel dispenser wasn't working, and the shampoo dispenser was off the wall. (3) There were spots on the floor, walls, and ceiling. (4) The configuration of the room was ..... strange. Had to look left from the bed to see the TV. Couldn't fit the luggage cart into the room without moving a bed side table.」

「This place is definitely a homeless camp filled with roaches. Staff was nice but that’s about it. Do not get fooled by the recently remodeled sign. Beyond the lobby the place is no good and dirty」

「It's been awhile since we booked a Hampton Inn. We used to buy the quality had declined so bad we stopped. However, this experience was wonderful. It looked like it had been renovated! Bright, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff, good variety for breakfast. Quiet and comfortable bed. Will definitely look at Hampton Inns in the future!」

「The hotel was nice but they can definitely be more on top of their cleanliness. I had to change rooms as I found some weird bug under the blankets (still don’t know what it was). Few bugs in new room as well (spider, beetle looking bug). Housekeeping only came 1x over my 6 night stay. Overall hotel was nice and staff at front desk were great.」
