「Very comfortable room (the ones with a balcony in the range 31-36 ish). Warm (it was end Nov), attractive, carpeted (always a bonus), beautiful sunrise view. We’ve tried all room types over 20 years at Val Moret but this is our favourite so far (already booked for next 3 visits). Reception lady was very helpful and attentive. 「Clean and decent room for a short stay. Nice to have your little kitchen. The staff is helpful. What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour. 」
