「My husband and I had a really lovely stay at the Usk & Railway Inn, from the friendly greeting at check in, the clean, good sized and comfortable room, with a good complimentary tray of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries, to the superb evening meal (a fantastic Sunday roast), we had a wonderful nights sleep. It was finished off by a hearty cooked breakfast, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you both, you’re great hosts. 」

「The staff here are wonderful! They work hard, they are knowledgeable and brilliant to talk to and always make our stay the best we get anywhere. The rooms are comfortable with good ensuite facilities and who wouldn’t want to sit back and admire the grounds. And of course the wonderful pool and surrounding facilities. 「The hosts were so kind and the bnb was gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. They had a fan available which was needed for how hot it has been. Breakfast was delicious and more than generous portions with a variety of options. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Nice clean large room. The fridge was a big bonus. Excellent shower which was much appreciated after a long day walking. We were led to believe from the hotel.com web site that there is Wifi only in public areas but in fact there was wifi all over the the guest house including the rooms. And it was super fast wifi. I was able watched Netflix on my ipad and all the football matches I wanted to watch. Moyra (the owner), is a lovely friendly lady, as her staff. Breakfast was fabulous,...

「Very nice stay at this historic inn. Clean, comfortable rooms with amazing staff. Lunch and drinks at the lounge were very good. It’s a building built near the late 1600’s (as I was told) but has been well maintained and it’s in a great area of town. We’d recommend to anyone. 」
