湄南奢華飯店，旅行前必看！

「Beautiful resort loved by our family! Very relaxing but also with lots to do. Staff is friendly, service is good, food is decent although there is only one main restaurant. We loved our time there and will want to come back! 」

「房間內有自己獨立游泳池，水有點冷，這兩天都下雨，有私人空間，適合渡假情侶入住，最喜歡有按摩浴缸，酒店每天有班車到查汶，員工有親切笑容，唯一地點唔方便，其他都很滿意，」

「酒店在山上十分不方便的，每次外出都要用他們洒店安排的車才可以，去市中心的路程比較遠（需要自費）。他們有接送車送我們到山下，不過山下有一間 7-11（免費的）。 他們設施十分不完善也十分舊，只有一間餐廳並沒有其他選擇，做按摩的地方只能容許兩個人做，如多人便要分開幾次，另外游泳池也十分之細小。 酒店網站的相片和真實的有很大的差距。 (價格于服務並不符合） The hotel is very inconvenient in the mountains, each time you go to the city can only use your hotel car, the city center a long way (own expense). 「W’s airport transfer sent us to a wrong hotel which wasted 45min of our valuable time. Then we both got food poisoning at Nomu restaurant. We ended spent entire vacation in our room. This is a big disappointment as we looked forward to this Wedding Anniversary celebration. W Samui got a lot of work to do regarding the basic stuff like food and beverage and services.」
