We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and welcomed by reception stuff. We had a problem with hot water in shower and it was solved by them very quickly, especially by mr. Jeyabalam who also helped us by finding transportation back to kochin. The restaurant in the hotel also very good and not pricy. ...

The hotel overbooked, and this caused a lot of confusion at the time of check-in. They could not find my Expedia booking and hence we had to wait for almost half an hour.
