The staff here speaks English. There is a café right outside and they also serve fantastic coffee and food within the hotel

Great, basic hotel. Clean and comfy
What a great surprise and hidden gem in Madrid. This hotel is very clean and simple. Great budget hotel for Madrid and centrally located- not too far from the airport or the city center. Definitely staying here again

Cheap place to stay with easy access to the city
This hotel was all we could have needed a little outside the main city but the 53 bus was right outside and got you in the city for €1.5 proper bargain. Would definitely stay here again a bar next door that did food and breakfast buffet In hotel was good for all needs.

Would recommend
We didnt get there until late but Fernando was very efficient and had us checked in very quickly. We hadnt eaten but he had no difficulty rustling us up a sandwich . In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful. The place itself was super clean and well maintained and was surrounded by a few bars and eateries.

Excellent staff, service, and amenities. The lobby and restaurant area are open and inviting. The 53 bus to Plaza del Sol is literally at the front door and only a15-20 minute ride. Of course, pet-friendly - which is why I stay!

Ok. But……
Not as central as we would have liked and found once there we had to pay 18 euros a day for parking (discounted rate) Generally a good basic hotel with no frills

Great hotel and hospitality
My family and I were treated very well. The young man in the reception was extremely helpful and polite. He spoke English too so that was a plus! I highly recommend this place. Also, parking was so easy to find around the hotel. The furthest I found parking was a 2 minute walk :)

Hotel is great but not hotels.com information!
Great hotel and friendly staff. Hotels.com stated that there is free wifi but it was only in the lobby!!! Totally misleading and paying for a service and not getting it is bad!

Average hotel, cheap price you get what you ask for. Lady who checked us in deserves to work In a better place. Half used toilet roll when we arrived, doesn't fill me with confidence about their cleaning during the covid period. Accused of stealing a non existent tv remote, sent a long email stating the fact there was no remote. And charged for this. Received an email stating that they have issued a refund, but that all remotes/furniture are accounted for, no apology. If they are accounted for then they would be right to not refund? I would not recommend this hotel. It is cheap and is ok if you are after a no frills service
