I recently relocated to Madrid. I had to extend my stay at the hotel a few times. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I would like to especially highlight Ayana, Nathalia, Noalia, and Andreea. Also, there was an issue with the system double charging me. Ayana realized this and quickly gave me a refund. Highly recommend this hotel. Very safe and friendly.

The hotel and its staff are simply superb. Special shout out to Malawa who was the restaurant manager who went above and beyond taking care of me during my visit. Check-in was friendly and efficient, the rooms were comfortable in the housekeeping, staff superb! The morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And overall wonderful day I’ll be back on my next trip to Madrid.

Nice room, very clean. Breakfast was ok but not more, we missed fresh vegetables and more options. Usually when you have a pet with you, hotels in Spain brings to the room a dogbed/ blanket, bowls and sometimes treats, but not here so that is an suggestion to do.

Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which makes it easy to get around.
