馬德里Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「We had many issues with our stay. We booked a quad room (4 twin beds), but were given a triple room (3 twin beds) for 4 people so 2 of us had to share a single twin bed. The airport shuttle and check-in took a very long time (about 1.5 hours). Many things were broken in our room (the blinds, one of the lamps, the toilet seat). Our room was also directly above the 24 hour restaurant so we could clearly hear music from the restaurant and banging dishes silverware all night long - it was very loud....

I don’t usually rate my stays in hotels but this one definitely deserves recognition. If I ever have reason to get a hotel room again in this area I will definitely come back here.」
