Great location, 2 minute walk to the Gran Via metro Station. Many options to shop, dine and walk around. The staff is kind and helpful, rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. We loved breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a small hotel close to everything, but is still peaceful and quiet. We were able to walk easily to the main attractions. Breakfast was really good, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Staff is so nice, Pabli is the best, very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient even with all the construction happening on the area. There was only one little thing we did not like.. the AC was very loud in our room.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for all of our trips around the city. It was close enough to walk in all directions we intended to go. The staff was helpful. Elena was exceptionally helpful for all our needs. The rooms were cleaned every day. Overall very happy with our stay here.

The street it’s on was a little sketchy but not too bad. The location was close to a lot of the popular sites. The water in the shower leaks even though the doors were all the way closed.

The rooms are small, but for a solo traveler it was fine. Plus, who stays in their room on vacation. I could hear people in the rooms next to me and outside my door, but nothing woke me up when i slept.

Hotel was clean but seemed older and small. The room was very small and the air conditioner was broken for the night. The staff was very helpful in providing a fan and room discount, but the sleep was not good. The location is good and off the main Gran Via and easily walkable to any major attraction.

Great property right smack in the middle of Gran Via...soo convinient for first time visitors to Madrid. Food and shopping was so close and had hundreds of options for everyone. The room was spacious, and comfortably fit 4 people. The AC was barely working but luckily we travelled during the colder months and were able to manage with the windows open. Overall a quaint place with great options for food and adventures nearby. P.S. they also accomodate your luggage if you arrive before check in time or need someplace to store your stuff post checkout. Super convinent

Great, but no parking.

The place is fine, the location is great, the cost is fine. My only complaint is that the hotels.com "parking available" amenity criterium is a joke. Sometimes it means that a hotel has paid parking, sometimes it means that there is paid parking that is very close, sometimes, as here, it means nothing more than there is parking somewhere in the city.

Room was poorly designed, no night stands, just a small shelf about 4” above the floor. No place to put suitcases, no luggage rack. Shower was very nice with a rain shower head, handheld devise and side sprayers. Breakfast was 14€ so we passed. Plenty of eating places nearby. Very close to Gran Via Metro stop. Nice staff, especially Ares. Didn’t think it was good value, considering our room.

Overall the property was fine. My three-star rating pertains specifically to our room. I would caution against staying on the fourth floor, because the roofline made it impossible to stand up in all of our room, including he desk area, and this is perhaps the case for other fourth-floor rooms as well. If you can get a lower floor, you will be pleased. While it was lacking a bit for storage, that was more than offset by an excellent room and bright bathroom. Also, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Taxi won’t drop you off in front of the hotel. A short walk is needed. It is close to Plaza del Sol the shopping center. No coffee maker, the bathroom door doesn’t close completely. On ADay 2they forgot to replace a floor mat. It was clean and NO BEDBUG.
