Can’t beat the location and the front desk staff are excellent; we had unexpected change in plans and despite being “completely booked”, they not only accommodated our need for an extra night, but also allowed us to stay in the same room. Definitely recommend.

Room was clean and spacious we had 3 windows overlooking via Madrid. The shower pressure was amazing very modern. Had an iron and board along either a safe. The bed was so comfortable it was easy to sleep quickly only thing I wish is that you can control the ac in the room. The room was cool but not cold enough to sleep the thermostat was locked so it was cool but it did get warm at night. Rooftop view was great never used the pool but the bar at the top was really nice.

It was easy to find right on Gran Vía so it was very convenient, staff was ready to help you up and down the main stairs to the elevators with your luggage, despite English not being their first language they were very helpful with questions or were quick to find someone who understood so they can assist. The room was great, nicely kept and very comfortable.
