It could be cleaner and they need to have the rooms ready for check in. When my mom opened her room, its was a Mess. Very sad cause the concept is really good. Hope they can do better next time

Good service

The environment is eco friendly and the service attendants are fantastic. I am surprised there is no shower gel provided and no hand wash liquid in the toilet.

En general me gustado la habitación y las instalaciones. Pero mejoraría lo a inclusión de menaje tipo cubertería, platos, vasos. También jabón para los platos, cafetera , tostador por último una mayor asiduidad de limpieza de la habitación.

ottima zona e nonostante sia un campus universitario è comunque silenzioso, ha anche una palestra, una sala comune con TV e distributori automatici la pulizia della camera è però orribile, capelli ovunque

部屋の電気が5分ごとに消える？？

学生寮のようなので、大丈夫かなと思っていたのですが、宿自体は、きちんとしたところでした。 　ただ、部屋の清掃は、行き届いていなかったです。再度テーブルみたいなところの上が汚れていたほか、浴室の床のすみに沢山髪の毛が落ちていました。 　それから、滞在中に困ったことが1点ありました。5分ごとに、部屋の電気が消えるのです。ドアを開け閉めすると、復活するのですが、また、電気が5分後に消えます。宿泊初日の晩にそういうことがあり、何をやっても解決しません。受付で対応をお願いしたところ、翌日に対応するので、今日はそれでしのいで欲しい、ということでした。翌日、きちんと対応はしてくれたのですが、上記の原因はなんだったかというと、ホテル（学生寮）の仕組みとして、部屋内の天井に移動を感知するセンサーが付いていて、そのセンサーで移動が感知されないと、電源がOFFになる仕組みになっているようで、なんと、僕が泊まった部屋では、そのセンサーにティッシュペーパーがかぶせられていて、部屋内の移動があってもセンサーがそれを検知せず、無移動と判断して、電気が消えていた、ということでした。対応してくれた方の話によると、監視カメラと勘違いしてそういうことをする人がいる、ということです。一応問題は解決したのですが、部屋の清掃の時にそれに気づかなかったのかと、ちょっと疑問に思いました。 　部屋についてもう少し述べますと、学生寮らしく、冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、IHコンロがついていて、それはとても便利です。ただ、これも学生寮らしく、部屋にシャンプー・石けんは置いていないので、注意が必要です。 　立地は、やや郊外にあり、街中に出るには、少し不便かも知れません。
