The staff is excellent. They anticipate and plan for your every need. Ivan and Carlos at the door were excellent. Elizabeth and Pricilla in the spa were great as well. So was the lady that did my pedicure. All of the staff from the door to the service in rooms and room dining, concierge and reception were excellent. I would definitely recommend you stay here. I loved every minute.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Was the first time we stayed there in Madrid , I had stayed in other hotels that are five stars but this one is more like 10. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you for the attention, next time in Spain I will only stay there., no need to look anywhere else.

Best Three Nights of Honeymoon, can't wait to retu
Spending the last three nights of our honeymoon at the Mandarin Oriental felt like the most brilliant decision we made as newlyweds. The staff was outrageously friendly and made sure that no detail was overlooked. We returned from our first night out to a bottle of champagne and white rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed, alongside a printed photo from our wedding. Magical to say the least. After spending long mornings at the super nearby museums, we enjoyed unwinding in the spa area and relaxing by the pool. The piano player in the garden cafe was the perfect touch. We can't wait to visit again.

A grand old hotel has become truly modern and world class. Whilst they (housekeeping) had a couple of coordination issues, I would recommend the Ritz and look forward to coming back.

Mandarin is a beautiful hotel. All the personnel were friendly, helpful amazing. The rooms were always clean. The views to the garden were breath taking. Food was delicious. I’ll definitely go back and I’d highly recommend it

O hotel é muito bonito, os quartos são confortáveis, a cama é excelente, a localização é imbatível e a comida é realmente deliciosa! O bar Pictura, que fica no hotel, tem musica ao vivo e é um dos mais bonitos de Madrid.

Wonderful stay
The hotel is brand new and in excellent conditions! Service was impeccable as expected in Mandarin Oriental hotels. The location is not my favorite though. But the hotel is fantastic!

The ladies and gentlemen from MO were extremely accommodating. It’s my opinion the best Hotel in Madrid by far. Congrats on the renovations and I hope to stay there again soon.
