Excellent spacious room. Self check in a bit confu

Self check in was a bit hard to figure out (the key card and the receipt did not say which room was ours and we had to test the key to see which room was ours. Wifi in our room was not working (I tried rebooting but still no luck)

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a metro station round the corner too. I would stay here again.

The check in process was not smooth at all. The main door was open and had problems closing. My apt was next to the door and also was unlocked upon arrival. I had to call the virtual assistant in an attempt to remedy the door closure situation. The said the main door was broken and would take some time to fix. However, it seems once the main door was opened it took some minutes later to be locked and you could hear the lock trying to adjust itself. My door just wouldn’t lock as I could just simply push it open from the outside. Eventually it was locked. I eventually went inside and checked the mattresses for bed bugs. The mattress cover was filthy with yellow stains and some brown crusted material. I took a video of all this. The left that night/morning and sent a message and these issues were not addressed not even an acknowledgment of my departure. A partial refund would be appropriate in this regard at the very least

El apartamento que nos tocó estaba a pie de calle, pero estaba tan insonnorizado que no se oía una mosca volar. Todo perfecto: cocina impecable y bien organizada en cuanto a menaje, el paño impoluto con toallas de las que secan de verdad y amenities, cama matrimonial más sofá cama. Tv, chimenea de bioalcohol... realmente gratamente sorpendida. Se puede hacer el check-in en una maquina en el distribuidor de apartamento.

Buena opción, pero retirado de zona turística

El apartamento es hermoso, todo nuevo, limpio, amplio, tal como se ve en la foto. Elegimos para quedarnos en este lugar porque en la descripción dice que esta ubicado en el barrio de Salamanca pero no es así, realmente esta a 10 minutos en auto a Salamanca, y a la Gran Vía 20-25 minutos en auto, no es verdad que esta a 5 minutos como dice en la descripción, es un lugar tranquilo para quedarte, pero realmente si quieres estar cerca de todo lo turístico no es el lugar ideal, ya que si son 25 minutos en auto para llegar a gran via o puerta de alcalá, no queda nada interesante caminando. Tuvimos un tema donde se nos bloqueó la caja de seguridad y no tuvimos respuesta tan rápido, el incidente se reporto a las 11:00 AM y fue atendido hasta las 6:00pm, si se resolvió y fueron amables, pero no fue inmediato, si tuviera que volar y mi pasaporte estuviera dentro, hubiera perdido el vuelo. No tiene servicio de hotel con personal en recepción, ni limpieza diaria. Sugerencia: colocar espejo de cuerpo completo.

Estuvo bien, solo que recomendaría al encargado del edificio que los que lleguen a la recepción no azoten la puerta. Nos quedamos en el apartamento 1 y quienes llegan a la recepción azotan la puerta de manera constante, no tienen la educación de sostener la puerta al cerrar y el que está en el apartamento 1 escucha todos los azotenes que entran y salen.

Noisy location on the ground floor and extremely close to cars. Pillows were not appropriate. Materials short as mentioned by a previous guess. Check in process stressful since done with a machine and ends up requiring support. Be ready for metro to all locations . A lot of services close by, that was positive.

My favorite home in Madrid

I’ve stayed in over 7 hotels these past few months and I have to say this one is by far my favorite. Spacious, modern, quiet and it comes with everything you might need to have a comfortable stay. I loved every day I got to spent there!

Muy bonito , buena ubicación , en un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro ; y sobre todo Execelente personal ! Dejamos olvidados un anillo de boda y unos zapatos de marca y nos los resguardaron hasta nuestro regreso que fue en 15 días .
