Has the best location in all Madrid. Only on block from the best street of the city. Very safe and easy to move in taxi. The location is very very amazing. The rooms are renovable and th staff is veey nice.

A very pleasant experience at Hotel Serrano. Spacious clean rooms , great breakfast, nice bar area . Not a flashy or luxury hotel but it is elegant . Excellent location next to Serrano street and many shops and restaurants. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended .

Excelent location, in the heart of Salamanca, ., but the room is definitely not a room of a 4-star hotel room. No mirror , no closet, the phone does not work. Apart that noise isolation is not good.
