The area around the hostel is very calm, the room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed that the room has air condicioner.

Cheaper than Madrid. Close to the train. Bit confusing what to do when arriving, but staff very accommodating. Super hot water in shared bathroom, but be careful with it! Not a great area. There are nicer parts of San Fernando. Room very basic. Up stairs to rooms.

It was clean and can't fault the room as it was a nice size. Butthe furniture needs to be replaced as very old and tired. Toilet and shower worked fine but shower holder needed fixing. As the shower head kept moving. Air-conditioned was perfect and the room was very cool when hot outside. Over all i would stay here again but needs to be updated for a better stay.

this property provided a good spot to sleep, and clean up. quick access to the metro. downside was neighborhood was a little noisy at night, and there was not the avaiability of food i thought there would have been. but, for what we needed it was perfect.

They promised I could get in if I called when I let them know my plane would be late and then they never let me in. Worst customer service ever. They should be banned from Expedia.

Solid value for what you pay, room and washroom was reasonably clean. Towels and toilet paper were provided by otherwise very no frills place. The owner did not speak English which led to some communication issues with check in. Check out was very easy. One con is the location in terms of distance to the city centre - our trips to city centre consistently took about an hour. However the neighbourhood seemed safe and was clean. Overall good value at its price point.

Seems to be a little complicated of an entry system to access the rooms. I would suggest this property to anyone who does not have heavy bags and speaks Espanol as the process would go alot smoother. Negative wise was just the fact that there was no one at the property to guide us through a problem. i.e. with the airconditoner or the WIFI.

La habitacion si se le puede llamar asi, por que para mi parecer era mas un zulo. 6metros cuadrados con una cama 135, mesita de noche, mesa escritorio que no se podia sacar la silla y cuarto de baño con la ducha llena de pelos. Para contar mas, nos hemos salido 1 dia antes.

Habitación pequeñita pero funcional. Muy fácil acceso y rápido. Aparcamiento gratis por la zona. La única pega es que no tiene nada de insonorización, se oye hasta cuándo entran al edificio. Por lo de más , calidad relación-precio buena. Seguramente volvería!

DECEPCIONANTE.

Le puesto una estrella, porque no se puede poner menos. Para empezar que en ninguna parte del anuncio hace referencia a que los baños son compartidos, la limpieza del lavabo eja mucho que desear. La habitacion olía mucho a pintura y no soy de los escrupulosos, pero era muy fuerte. No dudamos de buscar otro alojamiento en ese momento, no pasamos ni 12 h en este sitio. Hemos estado en muchos sitios y es la primera vez que dejamos el alojamiento antes pese a saber que no nos iban a devolver el pago. Y la verdad que tratar todo por un telefonillo no ayuda mucho.

La fotografía del lugar que aparece en la página está en la avenida, sin embargo el lugar de hospedaje es otro, es reducido pero tiene ventilación adecuada. Tiene un buen ascenso a transporte público y facilita el que puedas ir a varios lugares, es cercano al aeropuerto. El personal es muy amable siempre se mantiene en contacto y te indica cómo acceder a la habitación. Gracias por su hospitalidad

La única recomendación que podría dar, es que si la habitación es doble, deberían de dar dos tarjetas de entrada, por si se separan las personas en cuestión. Por lo demás todo correcto y muy buena atención
