Fully equipped kitchen was nice. A bit tight for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, however the outside patio made up for it. Location was amazing and neighbourhood had a lot of character. Many wonderful dining options within 5 min walk.

Amazing location. Perfect studio. I would recommend renting on the balcony side for more light. This was perfect for me and my 10 years old daughter. Close to everything walking. Super cozy with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Clean and chic. The only tiny detail to note is that there is a gym on the main floor and it opens at 7:30am and you can hear the iron pumping. We are early risers so that was ok for us but others might mind…

I really wish I loved this place. The location is fantastic, quiet, easy access to everywhere. The unit itself has everything you would need. My first impression about the space wasn’t the best. The kitchen table and chairs had food crumbs on them when we arrived. When I opened the cabinets to get a cup for water, a live roach fell out. We had to kill it. Ugh. Luckily there is market’s near by. We went and got some sanitizers. I also think it’s worth mentioning that even though it lists elevador as one of the features; there are stairs leading to the elevator. The elevator access is located between two levels. We didn’t mind it. But for someone who has mobility issues, it’s important to know. Overall, it was fine for a very short stay but we won’t stay here again.

The Location is unbiddable , everything is right there . I was super clean and very nice . The only thing is the smell and this is a Madrid’ sewage system problem . But if you can put up with the smell it’s a great place

Todo muy bien! Llegamos y estaba muy limpio todo, la ubicación es excelente y las condiciones de todo en el piso es muy bueno. Me hubiera gustado que nos dejaran más de 1 rollo de papel de baño y que se hiciera la limpieza diario pues nunca la hicieron. Pero todo lo demás excelente, si la recomiendo mucho.
