The room facilities and amenities were excellent. However, I was disappointed that my three pre-stay inquiries went unanswered, and that the Wi-Fi was completely unusable in the morning.

Great service, although is shame that guests are billed entry to the pool/wellness area. Usually you expect swimming pool in this type of hotel.

Excellent stay at Eurostars Tower. The rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were outstanding. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and offers beautiful views of Madrid. My only slight disappointment was that the spa and swimming pool required an additional fee and were not as impressive as I had expected. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would gladly stay here again.
