The hotel was very small and check in was bad service,the first hour there they hotel stuff had the electricity off to fix and issues in the hotel, honestly will never return there.

It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

The staff were extremely unhelpful and facilities stated on their website were not available, for example laundry services. Throughout our stay of 9 nights, housekeeping was only done once. Toilet was extremely smelly as well.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

Silencioso y tranquilo, personal amable, limpio. No me gustó que el día de el check in no estaba disponible mi habitación y me trasladaron con mi familia a otro hotel del cual me corrieron al día siguiente de forma brusca y tuve que pagar un taxi nuevamente al hostal. Alrededor no hay comercios y poco sitios donde comer.

El alojamiento esta cerca de las vías de tren, cuando llegué en un principio pensé que me habías equivocado, por fuera parecía puti club. Nada mas entrar a la habitación fuerte olor a tabaco, paredes pintadas en azul oscuro, todo sucio y viejo, daba miedo estar.
