Nice and quiet neighborhood, large lobby area, fancy looking hotel. Breakfast is very good, however toaster was not working at the time and the lady working there has negative attitude, and show no respect to customers. But this has nothing to do with hotel or other staff, everyone else are very nice, helpful and respectful

Don’t buy nor expect any kind of breakfast above a standard basic American buffet. Paid more than enough for breakfast just to arrive with a little to nothing available and the staff attitude was extremely poor and made us feel like they’re doing us a favor to bring basics like yogurt. The restaurant choices are poor and the food quality was abysmal at night. Do not expect any food services if you stay at this location. $300 plus a night and it feels like you stayed at the budget Inn

Outskirts of Madrid

The hotel is located in a very nice area on the outskirts of Madrid. You need to have a vehicle to make this a good fit. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and a great variety from eggs, bacon, an assortment of breads, pastries and freshly squeezed juices as well as Spanish tortilla and cold cuts. Cleanliness and comfort, superb.
