Great location on a quiet street in busy downtown Madrid. We were not more than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see. The pool was so enjoyable and loved being able to do laundry after coming from humid Barcelona. The air conditioning worked so wonderfully. Best we had on our 3 week vacation across Spain and Portugal.

The room was very clean, modern, and much more space than I anticipated. It was a nice touch when I walked in the room for the first time, there was a welcome gasket with items for breakfast, snacks, and the espresso machine. Love this experience!!

We had a two bedroom unit and it was lovely for a family. It was great to have the washing machine and dishwasher while on vacation. We had breakfast included which was a morning basket with fruit, bread, cereal and milk. Some variety would have been nice as the basket is the same every morning. The place could use few towel hooks and better check in instructions but we would definitely go back.

The experience there was pretty good, the room was really big and had everything we needed was very comfortable. They cleaned our room practically every day and the staff there were very friendly. Also the location was excellent.
