「 The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. 」

「The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. 」

「酒店比較接近火車站，約5分鐘路程，需要過兩條橋，拖著行李有點吃力，但尚算可以。酒店距離主要景點則遠一點，例如聖馬可廣場要約25分鐘路程。客房較為精緻，而運河景觀則只能算一般。」

「The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues...

「overall very good, except some difficulties to move the luggages for check out as it is required to change the lifts to reach the room (there are stairs but not flat road to move the luggages)」

「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.」
