After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.」

「The room was so pretty, clean, and comfortable, and very quiet overnight even with our room facing the highway. Great pillows and comfortable bed. Loved the shower too. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and hot food was hot. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool was great. Clean pool area and spacious. The water temperature was very good, not freezing cold like so many are. There wasn’t a hot tub which I thought was unusual, but since pool water temperature was so good I didn’t miss...

「The rooms were nice, and clean, but those beds are horribly firm. I had to switch to a different hotel across town after the first night, I couldn't sleep. I stay in alot of hotels, and have never had beds like this, including at other courtyard and standard Marriott locations. 」
