We loved it and we love the set up of virtual check-in, etc. We found the place new, clean friendly and very easy to get into the rooms in the Ap-hotel. People who are complaining online just don’t seem to be used to the new set up. There’s no Front Desk.

Studio apartment! Fully loaded. Even a w/d in the 'room' Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, NESPRESSO. Near to all I needed. Loved it. I recommend it and when next in Madison, I'll be there!

Room was amazing and super clean. Lots of timely emails with communication on what to do when. Perfect walking distance to area interests. Little far for UW-Wisco campus but uber is very reasonable. Parking option was a huge bonus. We visited the capitol, campus, breese field concert, shopping area, and farmers market all within a couple days and walking/transportation was a breeze. Will stay again!!!

Great stay, especially for extended stays. Great location, comfortable rooms. my ONLY complaint is that you have to pay extra for parking and this fact is kind of hidden on their website and the price isn't advertised up front.

The location is good. Within 20 minutes walking you can find coffee, varying restaurants and the Capital square. Beautiful residential neighborhood. The interior and outdoor lounge area is quaint and welcoming. Road parking is available but very limited at varying times. I’d suggest purchasing a parking space. Loved my room. The apartment structure of the room was efficient and comfortable. Kitchenette well stocked, washer and dryer and a separate bedroom area. Truly enjoyed staying here!

The price was very reasonable during the week for the downtown location. The building is fairly new you couldn’t tell it was in the neighborhood that it was a “aparthotel”. It is in the quiet neighborhood and is walkable to the Capitol square where there are a selection of restaurants to eat from. We stayed in the studio suite, which provided sufficient amenities, including washer/dryer in the unit. We would come back here again.
