Hotel was really dirty and you can tell they are not properly cleaning rooms/floors or following a cleaning schedule. The only thing that was clean was the sheets and towels. Floors in pool area, elevator, behind and around furniture in rooms all were filthy. Breakfast area tables were not wiped down as people came and went. I would normally stay at a higher end hotel but this booking fell on a very high demand weekend. Never again. Also select staff was rude, taking personal calls in another language and not helping guests.

I was unimpressed with check-in but the propery has been nicely upgraded. The clerk at tge desk couldnt enunciate his words nd speaking clearly. He was having a situation with the guest checking in before me who had difficulty understanding him. When it was my turn, he snapped at me for asking what time the breakfast was available.He told me "everything on the key". The checkout clerk(night/early am) was much better.

They cancelled my reservation when the flight delay went to 3AM-- the scheduled arrical time 10PM (the previous day). I called upon arrival and spoke with the front desk. There was no mention of my room being cancelled. When confirming my reservation later in the morning (as i had to stay at the airport and get my car and head to my conference first thing), I was then told my reservation was canceled. And the Wyndham folks despite me telling them *as a single female traveler* I did not want an outdoor room entry.... and low-and-behold if they didn't book me a rat trap for "cheap"..... outside entry with folks obviously residing at the hotel (ie dog toys and bowls, child toys (riding toys) and bikes outside a room. I was not happy with Wyndham. And NO I dont want a cheap weekend in trade for 2 hours of my time talking about time shares. Thank you.

We stayed here last year and it was under construction. We hoped it would be improved this year. My daughter is there for a school event and wants to be by friends otherwise we would stay elsewhere. When we got there to check in the gentleman was very impolite and making rude remarks. I noticed in the lobby that the furniture had tears in the furniture cushions and and as we went to the elevator the chlorine smell from the pool was almost unbearable. They had boxes and junk piled in the hallway behind where they would go into the main desk check in area. We got off on our floor and it smelled so strongly if of curry/Indian food. Like someone had just cooked dinner. It permeated through the entire floor. Our room was not the worst, but all of our furniture had tears in it (and not small tears, but large tears over 3-4 in.) the floor wasn’t cleaned well under things. We called for extra blankets for the pull out sofa and we’re told to come get them if we wanted them. I already had pajamas on so had to put clothes and shoes on and trudge downstairs. worst of all the pull out sofa did not work! My daughter woke me at midnight to tell me she couldn’t pull the bed out. I went to help and couldn’t get it. We both pulled it and it was like it was welded. It wouldn’t budge! We will not be staying again!

After check-in we got to our room. Discovered that the air conditioning unit did not have a bottom cover on it, there were outlets not actually placed properly on the wall, there was construction markings on the floor and food crumbs left behind on the floors from previous guests. TV Box was hanging halfway from the wall and the shower had a leak where the spout up on the shower head and every time we shower the shower leaked all over the entire bathroom floor. We swam our first day because we had children with and after we went out and got dinner, we asked for more towels And the gentleman at the front desk question why we needed more towels if we just checked in that day, and he was very rude. We asked for an extra blanket as we had the kids sleeping on the couch and needed another blanket, He also questioned why we needed that. Breakfast was mediocre the eggs were constantly in a puddle of water. At the end of the hallway on the third floor, there were chords coming out of the ground and we’re not properly covered. There was also a female worker pointing her phone in the pool area through the door while our group was swimming.

Waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before staff arrived (he seemed to be the only one there doing everything.) Room was very dirty, floor was very dirty, the couch was stained and also dirty. The TV didn’t work so we asked to get moved rooms. They switched our room to a cleaner room but the bathtub was still very dirty and stained. Rooms were advertised as soundproof but were not. Staff were friendly, but housekeeping tried to come turn the room before we left. Unorganized and dirty with staff that seemed to be trying their best.

Leo was so kind while checking in….answered all of my questions and remind me if i need anything to feel free to ask him.Two guys in the morning looked like they being bothered….Their misery won’t mess up my positive stay.If i need to stay somewhere again definitely will go there

The gentleman that checked us in wasn't very friendly but he did get my message about extra pillows in our room which were there. It looks like the property was updated but didn't seem like it was done well. Our tub drain was rust stained and there was a washcloth left in the bathroom from the last occupants. There was a lot to chose from for breakfast though and it seems as though they spaced out people staying there as our room was quiet, maybe a room between us and the next people which was great!
