The hotel should have no star rated is very bad all rooms smelling cigarrets you can't even breath, u switch on the ac is so noisy and was nt cold the staff nt helpfull at all, the rooms burnt carpets couch really bad the hotel. I could not stay i left the hotel and had to go look for another hotel to stay.

Amongst the tens of hotels we stayed in across many countries, the staff in this hotel are the most courteous and professional. I'd like to mention 2 names in particular as they were superb in their support and cheerful attitude: Fatma & Fahd Elharby. The distance to the mosque is very sorry, it's also having the small mosque of elghamama if you are late to catch the prayer in Al-haram. Whenever in Madina, or stays will be in Millenium Taiba. Thanks for the great experience.

Hotel is not even close to 3 star and bit far from ladies gate (it is other side - 15-20 minutes walk). At arrival, I had to wait for 45 minutes to check in. The room they provided, the light switch by the bed was broken. My son was sick. So, I was taking some breakfast for him to the room and the guy at the breakfast area took the plate from my hand. I reported it, but no one said even sorry. Very rude. Another point, they don't have lift from the ground floor, so you have to take the escalator to the M floor and from there is check-in desk and elevator to the other floors. And the Escalator was NOT working at the time of our stay. It was very bad experience staying at this hotel.
