Hotel was great for Ramadan as it was near an amazing restaurant, very clean and fresh. Only downfall was they were building near by as in most places and there was alot of noises otherwise would if gave 5 star, there also isn't a reception area.

The best thing about the hotel was the location. The customer service wasn’t that great. We had three rooms and the AC wasn’t working for two of them. They sent someone up he had to clean the vents. Pullman Zamzam Madina
Corridors smell of food, room was dark and dull , poor lighting , the location was great. Break is quite poor and felt rushed , like a canteen environment. Rooms are run down and need to be modernised. Not really value for money
