「This property should be shut down. I don't know where to start with this review, It was dirty and I felt uncomfortable around the staff」

There is no elevator, which is not a huge deal for me… but if you have issues with stairs, buckle up because cause there is no access to any rooms from the lobby without stairs or a maze of a handicap ramp. The lower floor smelled like weed, which is probably not the fault of the property, but…」

「I don't think I will be staying there again. The property is not terrible clean or well maintained. There was dirt I the elevator, and drips running down the inside elevator door. The room was extremely austere, with only one chair and a sofa/bed that did not face the TV. You do not get any maid service at all unless you ask for it, which is apparently on their website, but since I booked through Expedia, I did not see it. Breakfast is rather humorous. 「While its location is unique in a business building, the hotel was everything they say it is. It was very clean, the amenities were nice, and the staff were all very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here if I am in Mankato again.」

「Loved the pool area. There was fun seating areas and lots of chairs and tables. Plus a room to play games and watch tv. Our whole family enjoyed staying and the kids had a ton of fun. We were able to order food from the restaurant and eat it in the pool area too. Which was great so the kids could still play. 」

「I gave the overall 4-star rating because the manager (owner?) was so helpful and eager to make my stay comfortable. Having said that, the place is undergoing remodeling so the current (unremodeled) rooms are dated and a bit rundown, but they have everything you need if you're not planning on spending all day in the room; a comfortable bed, a functioning bathroom, streaming TV, and even a little couch and desk. I look forward to staying here again when the renovations are complete.」
