「Rather confusing Instructions about the apartment and how to gain entry. Address provided on Expedia is different from one where need go to sign in, pay City Tax and collect access code. Breakfast item requires a good 1km walk to other location to get. Need be more upfront and clear about these.」

「I booked this hotel for a 5 night stay in Madeira but wanted somewhere with parking so had to go a bit outside the main city. Hotel has easy parking, the rooms were clean and well presented. Staff were super friendly and always happy to answer questions. I had a meal at the restaurant one night too which was good. The walk down to the city was easy enough. The walk back up was a little harder (given up hill all the way) but great for my exercise and fitness. Breakfast was standard Europe...

「Had a great stay, very nice rooms, and responsive staff. Perfect location for the city center, festivals, and beach access. They could use a better/more secure way of storing luggage between arrival and checkin and/or checkout and departures, but aside from that perfect stay.」
