「The hot tub was not working while we were there. That was one of the biggest reasons we booked that one. Had trouble with the key cards and TV as well( both were fixed quickly). It was convenient for what we wanted. Could use some updating.」

「This hotel was clean. Easy to get to off the highway. Nice pool. The water was a bit cold but the pool was clean. The hot tub needs a good overhaul. Many tiles broken. 「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」
