「The Inn appears to be run by 1 individual who is a bit overwhelmed. Rooms were clean but it could use some updates. Bring your own toiletries as there aren't any offered at the inn. Breakfast is made to order. Omelets are full of onions. Meat lovers means an onion omelet and bacon on the side. I do believe that the owner did put in the effort but I think he has too much for 1 person.」

「Modern, clean, quiet. Very comprehensive instructions for check-in and check out. Great parking. We didn't cook but it looked like anything we would need was there. It's about a 25 minute walk to downtown and Fredericton has fabulous walking/biking paths so a lovely walk. Only one strange thing--it was impossible to plug in things like the hair dryer in any of the grounded plugs with a reset. 「Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. 」

「Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom. THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible. A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it. We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic.」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Hard to find, GPS would guide you through a jungle path, you need a Jeep to pass. No breakfast provided! If you come late in the evening, no body to ask, you need to read a note on their pub door to find out where the suites is and where everything is!」
