「Very clean and staff was great.」

「No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon.」

「Pool heater was broken so first night the water was very cold. 2nd night had a bunch of rowdy kids in the pool area (some of weren't even staying at the property), they were kicked out but they also closed the pool down so we couldn't use it.」

「There was only one ice machine operable for 3 floors. I was on the third floor and had to walk around until I found it. The room couls have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and leftover trash (i.e. old utensils on the floor) along with other pieces of trash. The TV is wY too small for Marriott ( just a like). TV isn't a complaint like the other items. From the checkin was good/ok.」

「Mattress felt like a cheap IKEA mattress. Shower looked like it was from star wars. Receptionist acted like I was stupid because I was trying to get the TV guide to come up by pushing the button that said guide. She said you have to push 1. Well, how about letting the rest of us know. Was far from impressed. Will not stay there again.」
