Lovely quiet unit located near the beach. The owners were super helpful in checking in and providing advice on visiting nearby sites. The room was a good size and does have a private bathroom but it is located outside of the unit.

excellent location to see the kangaroos

The place is beautiful! It has everything you need, a short wal from the beach (you cant swim unless it is in the enclosure and only with high tide) and super clean!. The owner was super kind, and explained everything to get to see the kangaroos. The bathroom is detached, which was a little odd, but it was private and super clean.

Great lokation, the place to stay in if you are going to Seaforth. Near the beach. We rented the fully supplied appartment on the upper floor with big terass.

Es ist eine kleine Unterkunft mit 4 oder 5 Einheiten. Nach der Ankunft müssten wir nur kurz klingeln und die Besitzerin stand bereit. Sie hat uns alles toll erklärt und und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnungen sind einfach eingerichtet, aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hatte das Gefühl das die Besitzer ihren Job gerne und mit viel Liebe machen. Gerne wieder.

The lady at the reception was very kind. She advised us on activities around the place and was exceptionally welcoming. It felt more like visiting someone's home than a hotel. Small take back: toilets are not ensuite but located outside.

Gute Ausgangslage für Cape Hillsborough

Wir übernachteten im Seaforth Holiday Units, um am nächsten Morgen die Kängurus am Cape Hillsborough zu sehen. Dafür war die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Die Anfahrt zum Cape beträgt ca. 15min. Die Zimmer waren einfach aber sauber. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass sich das Badezimmer nicht im selben Zimmer befindet. Dies befindet sich ausserhalb in einem anderen Raum. Jedes Zimmer hat aber ein eigenes Badezimmer welches nicht durch andere Personen benutzt wird. Sehr freundliche Betreiberin, welche zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge gibt. Wifi vorhanden und gut.

Great spot if you are coming to Cape Hillsboro to see the kangaroos in the morning. The motel is exactly as advertised and I would definitely stay here again if visiting the location for the kangaroos.

Comfortable and friendly; great service

The property managers are very efficient and went out of their way to make our stay stress-free. Jason repaired our flat tyre using a professional tubeless tyre repair kit, which he magically pulled from his vehicle. That saved us days of angst on New Years Eve. Thank you so much 😊😊 Loved the BBQ area out the back with all the utensils hot plate, wok burner and even a gas-fired pizza oven! We had everything we needed, especially being next door to one of the two convenience stores in town, they had all the basic grocery items, a great selection of good quality vacuum-packed meats and frozen meals as well as takeaway food, beer and wine. Room was comfortable and had kitchen amenities with a good-sized fridge/freezer; not a bar fridge. Kids slept well on the double bunks.

Not too many choices to stay in the near area, but this one is a winner! Clean rooms and grounds, ridiculously friendly owners and excellent outside space. We enjoyed some down-time in their backyard patio with tables, chairs, and tons of cooking/grilling options. Our boys even enjoyed a little cricket from a set the owner pulled out for them. We were offered the use of kayaks too, but alas, did not have enough time. Hopefully we'll be able to revisit as this spot is a gem.

Overnight stay

Wanted to stay close to Cape Hillsborough to watch the kangaroos on the beach at dawn. The outdoor kitchen facilities were amazing so really pleased we had planned to cook in that night and kids and hubby were happy with all the films available in the room. Had a very pleasant stay and very friendly owners. Would definitely recommend.

Nice stay. Comfortable big double bed. Beautiful little garden place at the back where we could eat a snack for dinner (which we got next door) and where we could relax in the evening. Nice surprise! Nice lady at arrival who explained everything and told at what time best to wake up to see the wallabies and kangaroos in CapeHillsborough.
