"Clean room, super efficient check in, and a very convenient location. There are two properties, if you are staying in the Annex one, it's a different building for Annex floors (7 and 8). The restaurants and everything else is in the main building. You do have to leave the annex building and go through public areas to get to the main building, which is not a problem as it's literally 50 steps away. There is a supermarket and multiple convenient stores and a daiso a few steps away. "

"This hotel is located at the JR station in Chiba center. At walking distance to the Perie Mall where there are all kinds of shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. "

"Loved the outstanding breakfast! The selection was very nice and presentation...oh my! The staff were excellent. Location was terrific. View from our room was wonderful. Having a hot bath at the end of a busy day sightseeing.. just great! So relaxing... Amenities were very good. Thank-you again to the wonderful staff. We would definitely return!"

"The staff there are really pleasant and very helpful! The rooms are clean and small, but the private onsen is awesome! There is only one small elevator. The property offers a breakfast for a cost, which was okay, but there’s a Lawson’s right next door if you get hungry! It’s maybe a 15 minute walk from the station, but you’ll pass a lot of places to eat, even a shopping mall with Daiso, a market (can buy bentos including sushi)."
