「This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY」

「The apartment is designed beautifully and it is new, however it is also unfinished. The walls are not painted and the floors are unfinished. This resulted in a white chalk-like substance on my luggages. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom are not installed properly which resulted in them falling off the wall when I used it. The counter top is also not sealed and the balcony is unfinished and doesn't appear safe if you are traveling with children. There was no one onsite to assist me when I...

「Horrible communication between Expedia and the property. I had to call Expedia myself to be able to check in and get my room #. The room was disgusting with hair, dirt and burnt cigarettes in the room. Unacceptable.」
