"The room is excellent, spotless, clean linens, complete amenities, towels but no face towel. We choose upgrade room with ocean view, it was great but I think the hotel needs install more lights in the hall on the way to elevators.. My wife and I were so glade and satisfied stay at Meruorah Hotel. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel when they go to Labuan Bajo-Komodo Island. "

"Incredible staff, beautiful grounds, we felt so lucky to be there. One thing they could do to step it up is get glassware for martinis, but I’m splitting hairs. The shower was phenomenal and we felt so well taken care of! Sunset in the swing on the pier with a piña colada and the best view will be a memory that lives on "

Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. "Beautiful property and excellent room. Worth the upgrade to the deluxe category for higher floor and the spectacular view. Service was excellent and good quality breakfast, restaurants and bars. Labuan Bajo town is just a 10 minute taxi ride away so don’t hesitate to go in for dinner. Don’t fall into the trap of booking tours through the hotel - the price they charge is exorbitant, we booked a private 12 hour boat tour for 2 people for the same price it would have cost for us to join their group tour for 4 less hours. "
