「We felt right at home from the moment we met Freda outside her lovely B&B. Our room was clean and cool, bathroom was very nice as well. Big TV and coffee & Tea on our table. The house itself is very charming and historic. The next day we were greeted by a hearty and delicious homemade breakfast by Freda, we even got to meet Gypsy! Her sweet doggie. We loved our short time in Dumfries, I hope we make our way back there again. We will definitely be staying at the Huntigdon once more」

「The Hill Hotel was a great. Everything was immaculate . Location was great as well. Less than a 5 minute walk from train station and very close to town. The owners Lynne and Terry were fabulous host. Hopefully going back to Scotland in couple of years and will definitely stay here again.」

「My twin bed room was medium sized. It had a small TV, hot water kettle, no mini fridge. But, there is a fridge in the breakfast room that you can place food in. Breakfast is included and it begins at 8:00am, 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Both times were too late for me. Cooked eggs, toast, cereals, fruit, coffee, tea. Towels, coffee sugar cream and tea packets for your room are shelf service . They are in the closet on the third floor. No elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase up the...
