Raucher bitte obere Etagen buchen, leider ist Rauchen erlaubt. Das WLAN muss besser werden, kein TV im Zimmer möglich kein Empfang. Wäre sowieso in chinesisch gewesen, aber WIFi ist ein Muss ! "The hotel's location was awesome, price was fair and the hotel was updated with very nice gym room and hot tub/sauna separately for men and women. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. However, the AC at the room we stayed at was not the best (we didn't change room because we thought it would cool down the temperature over time, but it did not), it couldn't keep the room as cold as we like. The cleaning service/crew was excellent. We would probably stay at China hotel again but will make sure to ask for a different room if the AC isn't working as well as we would like."

"I booked a non-smoking room, but I was initially given a room that smelled horribly of cigarettes and looked completely different from the photos on Expedia. After I complained, the receptionist moved me to another room. It was also a smoking room, just with a slightly less intense smell, but still unbearable. Since I was exhausted after a 4-hour flight delay, I tried to tough it out and get some sleep, but it was impossible. The air was unbreathable. At 3:30 AM, unable to sleep due to the stench, I complained again. The receptionist claimed the room I was in was non-smoking and that they couldn't control if guests smoked in it or not. However, she conveniently forgot that there was an ASHTRAY in the room, not to mention the carpet was covered in cigarette burns and damage. After this second complaint, she finally gave me the right room. It was completely different from the previous ones: a clean, brand-new environment, with no ashtray, matching exactly what was shown during booking. It seems the hotel has two distinct sections: one with new, renovated rooms, and another with old, dirty, and apparently smoking-allowed rooms. Despite the two attempts to give me a lesser room, the new room was comfortable. Additionally, the free airport shuttle service worked well. The receptionist (I believe it was her) communicated efficiently via WeChat and WhatsApp to coordinate my pickup and drop-off times."
